5 hectares planted mostly to Cabernet Sauvigon (60%) with Merlot making up 35% of the blend and Petit Verdot rounding out the classic blend with 5% of the final blend

oily apricot and pear fruit— but the touch of white pepper and taste of freshly squeezed oranges is classic Pinot Blanc

Strong character and structure

Yves Cuilleron Cornas ‘Le Village’ Syrah 2023 l-a-s-vino red berry and black lavenderFrom vines in three plots (behind Cornas village church, and in the districts of Les Cotes and Reynard). The grapes are hand picked; and then sorted, crushed and partially destemmed in the cellar. Fermented in open, temperature controlled vats for about 3 weeks, with regular cap punching and pumping over. Malolactic fermented in barriques with native yeasts.
