After harvesting, the grapes are sun dried (asoleo) to concentrate sugars before fermentation and aging in the traditional solera system. The result is a deep mahogany wine with intense aromas of orange blossom, dried apricot, fig, toffee, and exotic spices. On the palate, its rich
