The nose serves up aromas of red plum and red liquorice infused with clove followed by some vanillin cedar and peppered meat notes. The elegant, mid weighted palate features a savoury flavour profile of red plum and red liquorice fruits over a subtle clove, dried meat, black olive and peppered herb back drop. Fine grained tannins with a refined and peppery medium to long conclusion.
