Post hand harvest the grapes were sorted, then destemmed with 10% whole bunches. Maceration was for 3 weeks followed by elevage for 11 months in old and new barriques. The wine is bright, acid driven and red fruited with cherries and spice on the nose, it has a dark bramble core with a generous mid pallet.
