The vinification is carried out in white with a partial cold maceration and a soft pressing. It is a dry, fragrant wine with good structure, enhanced by careful and long sparkling wine making. It is a versatile wine, suitable for any occasion. Ideal as an aperitif and perfect to serve with cold, raw
