It was aged for a total of 13 years before being bottled at 43% ABV. Nose: Sweet vanilla, fleshy apple and apricot lead among dry cured meat and peat smoke. Palate: White fruit, sponge cake, lemon, oatcakes and smoked cheese. Finish: Long, sweet and smoky.
